Pauline Sugrue Auctioneer
is enjoying her ninth year of providing a friendly, knowledgable
and efficient service to a wide range of clients from her
office that is located along the N70 Ring of Kerry road
approximately seven miles from Caherciveen and three miles
from Waterville. Pauline is a member of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
Pauline and her staff take a personal
interest in the requirements that each prospective buyer
has when buying their new home and every effort is made
to ensure that the search for a new home will be an enjoyable
and stress free experience.
Pauline will often have properties on her books in areas
such as Glenbeigh or Sneem but the greatest volume and selection
of houses are in the Waterville, Caherciveen and Ballinskelligs
area:
Waterville is a charming resort village that is set along
the shores of Ballinskelligs Bay and through which the famous
N70 'Ring of Kerry' route travels.
Waterville is renowned for it's Salmon fishing on Lough
Currane and for the famous 18 hole Championship Golf-links,
a new attraction has been added to the area with the opening
of the new Skelligs Bay Golf-Course.
'The Kerry Way' walking routes provide
an opportunity to explore the surrounding hills and valleys
and to discover the many hidden delights that nature has
to offer away from the madding crowds.
Ballinskelligs until quite recently was a quaint fishing
village but it's scenic location and strong heritage have
combined to make this a very attractive tourist area with
the added advantage of having it's own sandy Blue Flag Beach.
Caherciveen Town is essentially a
traditional market town, charming in it's own right, however
in the past few years a lot has been invested in the town
in aim of inceasing it's attraction as a tourist destination
resulting in a new Marina being built and the construction
of an attractive new hotel.
Which ever area appeals, Pauline can guarantee a wide choice
of properties to suit all needs and every budget.
